White originally entered the NFL as an undrafted rookie free agent with the Packers from Louisiana Tech in 2013. He spent time on Green Bay's practice squad and active roster from 2013-15, appearing in seven games for the Packers. He went on to play in 12 games for the New York Giants in 2015 and in 2016 spent time with the New York Jets and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. White played two more seasons in the Canadian Football League with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers and Toronto Argonauts. He began his post-playing career as a quality control coach at Southern Methodist University (2019-20). White worked as the inside receivers coach at Stephen F. Austin in 2021. He joined Miami (Ohio) as wide receivers coach in 2022 and would later add passing game coordinator to his duties. This past season, White helped the Redhawks win their 17th MAC title and their first since 2019. During the spring of 2023, he joined the Packers staff as part of the NFL's Bill Walsh Diversity Coaching Fellowship.
