Biography

Grosso is in his first season with the Packers as an Offensive Quality Control Coach. He arrives in Green Bay after working as a defensive quality control coach for the Arizona Cardinals from 2019-22. Prior to working for the Cardinals, he was the assistant to the head coach under Vance Joseph for the Denver Broncos in 2018. With the Broncos, Grosso also assisted with the team's outside linebackers and special teams. He was elevated to that position after serving as an operations intern with the Broncos during the 2017 season. Grosso worked with the Arizona Rattlers of the Indoor Football League during the 2017 season as a coaching/player personnel intern. He got his start in the NFL with Denver for two years (2015-16) as a training camp operations intern before working as a volunteer assistant scout with the Saskatchewan Rough Riders (2016-17) of the Canadian Football League and as a scout for Sports Info Solutions (2016). The former wide receiver at John Carroll University (2011-13) helped with his alma mater's wide receivers for two seasons as a student coaching/recruiting assistant following his playing days.
