Biography
Patrick Lilly joined the North Dakota State University athletic department as the director of football recruiting in 2024 under head coach Tim Polasek.
Lilly came to NDSU from Valdosta State University, where he was the director of player personnel in 2023. He was the tight ends coach and recruiting coordinator at Alvernia University in 2021 and 2022.
Prior to moving to the college ranks, Lilly was the offensive coordinator and recruiting liaison at Stafford High School in Stafford, Va. He also worked as the offensive line coach and recruiting liaison at Chancellor High School in Spotsylvania, Va.
Lilly graduated from Longwood University in 2013 with a bachelor's degree in history and a minor in political science.
